Chunky Vegan Slaw!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup green cabbage, chopped into thick ribbons
• 1 cup purple cabbage, chopped into thick ribbons
• 1 cup carrot, shredded
• 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
• 1/4 cup mixed seeds (chia, hemp, pumpkin, sesame, etc)
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 tbsp ground cumin

INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Add additional lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar to taste.
